OneContent Mobile Media Capture enables users who interact with patients, such as physicians, clinicians, and case managers, to capture structured documents containing media, patient information, anatomical locations, and text annotations directly into OneContent Patient Folder using Apple smart phones or tablets. The solution enables patient photographs and supporting documentation to be included in the legal medical record at the time of capture, ensuring all data collected remains as a single package and point of reference. All data is protected with encryption and secured to avoid losing or misfiling sensitive photos and information. Features: Secure user logon connection to the OneContent Patient Folder system. Efficient patient identification and verification through barcode recognition. Quick and standardized process to obtain patient consent for photography. Ability to specify a document type, label and/or anatomical region for the captured media. Capture and management of individual or batches of photographs. Separate, encrypted, storage of media during the capture process. Automatic purging of stored media upon document upload or system-defined time out expiration. Ability to add additional text as annotations to documents. Secure creation, storage, and submittal of content directly to OneContent Patient Folder.
